Fair trade

Fair Trade is an approach to business and development based on dialogue, transparency, and respect that seeks to create greater equity in the international trading system. Fair trade supports artisans and farmers in developing countries who are socially and economically marginalized by establishing a sustainable market for their products. 

Our vendors are members of the Fair Trade Federation, a membership organization of verified businesses that are committed to upholding the principles fair trade so that the entire business is socially and environmentally responsible in what they do, and each and every business decision is made with the well-being of artisans and farmers in mind.
